space Jerry Barnett is retired after working as the editorial cartoonist for The Indianapolis News for 22 years.

Jerry's work has entertained readers with his insightful commentary on local, state and national politics.

He has freelanced for more than eight national magazines and comic book publications like, "Car-Toons."

Jerry Barnett is from Booneville, Indiana and was a student at John Herron School of Art in 1958 through '61.

He now resides in Indianapolis with his wife Jo Nell.
